High School Pre-Season Training Academy
ur 6-week High School Pre-Season Training Academy offers an extensive and vigorous preparation program, allowing athletes to train in a group setting, along with competitive segments. Training is fully customized to assure that each athlete is gaining the experience, conditioning and improved skill set needed to achieve their off-season goals.
Each 90-minute session is built on a steady progression from week one, through the end of the program; all designed to sharpen your skills, while preparing each player for the upcoming high school tryouts and season.
Curriculum will include, but is not limited to:
- Developing competitive attitudes and mental toughness
- Shooting Academy (Shooting Machine)
- Advanced Ball Handling
- Weak Hand Development
- Passing
- Offensive and Defensive Concepts
- Floor Spacing
- Finishing at the Rim
- Setting and Using Screens
- Speed, Agility, Conditioning and Vertical Jump Training
- Improving basketball-specific endurance
- Controlled Scrimmage to Simulate Game Like Situations
