Lil’ Ballers Skills Development Training Program


ur Lil’ Ballers is a comprehensive 6-week developmental training program, specifically for 1st and 2nd grade boys & girls looking for a structured environment, that will provide a blueprint for success on the court. All training session are based on fundamentals of the game; we teach, inspire and empower young athletes with the necessary skills, work ethic and commitment essential to building a solid basketball foundation.

Each 90-minute training session will include, but is not limited to:

  • Proper warm-up and stretching techniques
  • Ball handling, dribbling, passing, shooting, cutting
  • Improve Motor Skills – Footwork, agility, hand-eye coordination and balance
  • Introduction to basic offensive and basic defensive concepts

e pay close attention to detail, and it is our job to correct mistakes and teach each participant the proper techniques of the game. To that extent, each week our Lil’ Ballers will have the opportunity to put what they’ve learned to the test through controlled/structured scrimmage games led by our incredible coaching staff!
