ur highly regarded Spring Skills & Drills Academy is a premier six-week training experience designed for dedicated athletes who are ready to accelerate their development and separate themselves on the court.
This is not a recreational clinic.
It is a structured, performance-driven training environment where players are taught how to practice with purpose, compete with confidence, and execute with discipline.
Meeting twice per week, each session delivers a high-energy blend of technical instruction, competitive drills, and guided gameplay — all rooted in the proven OB Hoops Academy player development curriculum.
Athletes who thrive in this program arrive motivated, coachable, and eager to be challenged.
Training Focus
Our Spring Skills & Drills Academy emphasizes the core pillars of complete player development. Every drill is intentional. Every session is built on progression, repetition, correction, and application.
Players will train in:
- Advanced Ball Handling and Control
- Dynamic One-on-One Scoring Moves
- Elite Finishing Techniques
- Proper Shooting Mechanics & Shot Discipline
- Triple Threat Decision-Making
- On-Ball Defensive Fundamentals
- Competitive Small-Sided Play (3-on-3)
- Structured Live Games (5-on-5) to Reinforce Concepts

The OB Hoops Academy Training Standard
Each 90-minute session follows the OB Hoops Academy development curriculum — a progressive system designed to challenge athletes at every stage of their growth.
Players are grouped by skill level to ensure:

- Maximum development impact
